P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking Home Repair Technicians with experience in residential roofing, siding, gutters, and door repair or installation.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Always maintain a professional appearance (in company provided uniform)

2. Troubleshoot issue and provide solutions

3. Manually carry out repairs/installations with the use of hand and power tools

4. Take mental inventory of potential repair/install work

5. Provide written estimates of potential repair/install work to customer

6. Sell repairs and install projects

7. Complete work orders

8. Collect payment, maintain control of payment until submitting to Coordinator

9. Maintain company vehicle, ensure regular and timely maintenance

10. Deliver the highest level of excellence in customer service

11. Maintain regular contact with Service Coordinator, specifically before and after each scheduled job

Requirements:

Must have 2 years of experience installing or repairing Roofing and Siding. Experience with Gutters, Doors, or Windows is a plus!

This position requires skill in all types of home repairs, focused on roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.

• Ability to identify troubleshoot problems
• Offer solutions and deliver only the best customer service experience
• Self-motivation and a desire to get the job done correctly
• Ability to communicate recommendations for additional repairs and/ or replacement solutions to the customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
